Governed case release receipt — 7 October 2026

Production application revision: 71050149dbee13caf0a040ce535a3bc28ff7ea95 (PR314). Exact pre-merge CI37681404901 passed quality and native PostgreSQL gates. Main CI37682668771 and storefront/admin Cloudflare release37682668780 passed. Backend health reports the exact revision; Redis and Supabase are healthy, queues0/0/0. Paystack remains explicitly unverified. All three new protected API endpoints return401 without authentication.

Anonymous recovery execution and service-role command-table truncate permissions are denied. No customer actions, transfers, messages or recovery policies were executed as migration tests.

Native CI passed254 launch checks and real independent-session privacy and staff-review/revocation races. A disposable PostgreSQL custom backup restored in1100ms; authority, finance, audit, storage metadata and queue invariants passed, corrupt archives were rejected and uncertain payment replay was preserved. Recovery objectives were not assessed; hosted recovery, storage object bytes and provider outcomes remain unverified.

The separate documentation portal deploy failed at its Cloudflare deployment step; its build succeeded. This does not change the successful application deployment. Investigation is in progress.

Migrations041–044 subsequently passed exact-head CI and were applied through MCP on8 October. See the next release receipt. Operational enablement requirements are described in operations/command-center-operational-closeout.md.
